Doug, Senior Database Engineer, has worked in technology since 1978, beginning with four years in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland University College in Computer and Information Science. As a Database Engineer and Solution Developer, Douglas designs and implements solutions for the web and for the desktop. In his free time, Doug enjoys drumming, wood turning, bee keeping and biking.

Thom, Senior Network Engineer, has 20+ years’ experience with telecommunications, data management, and networking systems. Thom attended the University of North Texas, and is a Microsoft System Engineer. He also maintains certifications for Symantec Small Business Specialist, Security Certified Network Professional, and Cisco Call Manager. Thom is a recognized expert in email security and enterprise threat management, and has extensive experience with Voice over IP (VoIP), disaster recovery, and integrating plant management systems with enterprise data systems. In his free time, Thom enjoys cooking, wine, and coaches his son's football and lacrosse teams.

Jovan, Network Engineer, has extensive experience configuring, testing and maintaining network equipment and servers, repairing PC’s, laptops, printers, and routers, and troubleshooting equipment on site, remotely and over the phone. His previous positions include Network Administrator, Network Engineer and Computer Technician. Jovan attended South East European University in Macedonia (Southeast Europe) for four years studying computer science and is currently pursuing a computer network degree at Stevenson University. Jovan is a Certified Dell Network Technician and has completed Linux and CCNA CISCO courses. In his free time, Jovan enjoys skiing, a nice cup of coffee, traveling and science.

Ivica, Network Engineer, has experience in configuring and maintaining network equipment. His previous position was Network Administrator. Ivica attended South East European University in Macedonia (Southeast Europe) and has completed a CCNA CISCO course. In his free time, Ivica enjoys playing the guitar and listening to music.

Kelly, Web Designer, Photographer and Online Marketing Specialist has over seven years’ experience in web design and development, an Associate's Degree from Carroll Community College and a Photography BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. Kelly has extensive experience with ASP.Net, ASP, HTML, and CSS, and is highly proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop and Illustrator and Microsoft Visual Studio. Kelly is a 2011 graduate of the Leadership Carroll program. Kelly is also an adjunct professor at Carroll Community College. In the little free time she has left, Kelly keeps busy with a side business in Photography and she also enjoys fine art (both painting and drawing), design, fashion, cooking and baking, juggling, unicycling and playing ping pong.

Bruce, Solution Developer, earned an Associate's Degree in computer science from Catonsville Community College, now CCBC. With over 25 years’ experience, Bruce has provided solutions to a variety of industries including healthcare, air travel, financial and manufacturing. Bruce has extensive experience with ASP.Net, VB.Net, classic ASP, MS Access, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, CSS, XML, JSP and Lotus Notes and also works often with Oracle, SQL Server and Access databases. In his free time, Bruce enjoys golfing with his buddies, reading, enjoying a good cigar and gardening.

Michael, Network Technician, is a Certified Dell Network Technician and is currently pursuing certification as a Microsoft Windows 7 Desktop Technician. Michael is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree at Carroll Community College and upon completion of his degree, he plans to continue his education at UMBC. In his free time outside of work and classes, Michael enjoys creating and collecting miniatures, participating in competitive online gaming and studying electronics.

Becky is a graduate of Carroll Community College and a 2006 Leadership Carroll Alumni. In her free time, Becky enjoys floral design, the outdoors, camping, hiking, walking with her dog, reading and learning.

Susie, Special Events Coordinator, has experience in office management and interior design. She is a graduate of Prince George's Community College, earning an Associates Degree in Business Management. Susie is also a landscape design consultant with the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland. In her free time, Susie enjoys gardening, bird watching/feeding, flower arranging, basket weaving, night blooming flowers, koi, bonsai and crafting.
