Thomas attended the University of North Texas, and is a Microsoft System Engineer. He also maintains certifications for Symantec Small Business Specialist, Security Certified Network Professional, and Cisco Call Manager. Thom is a recognized expert in Email Security and Enterprise Threat Management, and has extensive experience with Voice over IP (VoIP), Disaster Recovery, and integrating plant management systems with enterprise data systems. |

computer science and is currently pursuing a computer network degree at the Community College of Baltimore County. |
