About Us

In March of 2004, InfoPathways consisted of only Doug Heck and Thom Bethune who both worked out of their home offices. Initially, InfoPathways’ primary product line was a project management application (Project Information Management Solution – PiMS) designed for the construction industry.

Today, InfoPathways has well over seventy customers, employs multiple staff members and contract employees, and occupies a 3,000 square foot facility in Westminster. InfoPathways has also expanded its product lines to include network design, maintenance and security, communications, web design, database design and technology planning.

From the very beginning, InfoPathways stood out as an innovative company and quickly built its reputation as being a full-service provider of information technology and website solutions. InfoPathways works to help businesses help themselves by first learning about the client company, their people and their business goals and then crafting a custom solution that provides for the present, prepares for the future, and also fits the budget.

InfoPathways also partners with many companies, allowing us to offer more services and products to its customers, often at a reduced cost. InfoPathways is also capable of providing all customers with Remote Technical Support so that computer problems can be diagnosed and repaired quickly; often in the time it takes to make a phone call.

In addition to InfoPathways’ service to businesses, many InfoPathways' team members give talks and presentations to many local organizations and government groups on technology-related topics ranging from data management to disaster recovery. We are also qualified to teach on a variety of topics including application use, computer maintenance, and security.
