Community Service Award Form

COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD (19B1] - may be awarded to a Federated Garden Club for meritorious service in a community through an activity or project reflecting the objectives of the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc. A club may receive one award each year. MS Word | PDF Format
