These solutions allow us to view your desktop, share control of your mouse and keyboard, and to work collaboratively to resolve your issues from whereever we are. It saves us time on the raod, and often it allows us to help you much faster because you don't have to wait for us to get to your office. We connect, look at your issue, resolve it, and disconnect. Job complete! These tools allow us to provide more support, spend less time on the road, and ultimately, to keep our rates lower.

What is Log Me In Rescue?

LogMeIn Rescue is used by InfoPathways to provide instant remote support to our customers. InfoPathways uses LogMeIn Rescue to gain control of a remote PC, Mac, or Windows Smartphone over the internet in seconds, without the need to pre-install software. LogMeIn Rescue provides a one-on-one session for remote help.

What is GoToMeeting?

GoToMeeting is another tool we use to help you. GoToMeeting is a web conferencing tool that allows you to meet online rather than in a conference room. It’s the easiest and most cost-effective way to organize and attend online meetings. Patented technology enables co-workers, customers and prospects to view any application running on your PC in real time. With the flexibility to meet in person or online, you’ll be able to do more and travel less. GoToMeeting allows users to share presentations with up to 10 users simultaneously plus the presenter.
