InfoPathways LLC was formed by Douglas Heck and Thom Bethune in March 2004 to provide information management solutions and network support to a wide variety of customers.

Douglas had been working as an independent computer consultant since 1996, providing information management solutions for NSA subcontractors and for a variety of other clients, including the City of Taneytown, heavy highway construction companies, and mom and pop companies around Maryland and Virginia.

Thom began his career in the heavy highways construction industry and worked in all aspects of the construction process from estimating to completion. Thom rose to the level of CIO and was responsible for improvements in existing processes by introducing technology.

Together, Doug and Thom support a broad scope of organizations from contractors to municipalities. They support both large and small organizations providing a complete end-to-end solution with a hands-on approach that ensures the solution fits the problem.

InfoPathways' primary goal is solving real problems with solutions that work within organizations and that support the client's existing processes.
