Offsite Data Security (Backup)

This service provides complete offsite backup for mission critical systems and files. This service is priced per GB stored on the backup system, plus installation and set up fees. Included in this service are the following features:

• Recovery to the previous location on server or workstation
• Recovery to a new location at customer site
• Recovery to a disk or CD for pickup or delivery
• Storage of up to 30 days of individual backups (per GB fee)

Off Site Data Archives

This service provides the capability of offsite archival storage of data. This service is priced per GB stored on the backup system, plus installation and set up fees. Included in this service are the following features:

• Archival storage of records and files for an indefinite length of time
• The recovery of archival records via download, pickup or delivery
• Individual archival locations for each organization with security

Continuous Online Backup

This service provides continuous backup of any mission critical device. This service works in conjunction with the offsite backup service. With this feature, organizations can set up a timetable of backup images to be taken of mission critical systems. This service is priced per machine protected, GB stored on the backup system, and installation and set up fees. Included in this service are the following features:

• Continuous backup of mission critical machines for bare metal rebuild
• Continuous Data Backup on critical machines

Hosted Customer-Owned Server Option

This service provides an alternate location for a customer's storage device. This device is owned by the customer and managed by InfoPathways. This service will be priced per machine located at InfoPathways, monthly transport fee, management and installation and set up fees.
