Locale is an attribute of an Organization. Many Organizations have multiple offices or locations. Therefore PIMS provides for the management of multiple locations and flagging of the primary location. With each locale, PIMS allows you to identify up to three phone numbers and three email addresses. When you view an Organization Detail page, the list of that Organization's Locales is shown as the default data grid. This is shown below.
To add a new Locale for a selected organization, display the Organization Detail Page for the desired Organization. The select Add Locations / Addresses from the Locations / Addresses drop down menu.
This will display the Organization Locale Entry form, shown below.
This form allows you to modify the Organization for which you are adding a Locale, flag whether it is the primary location for this Organization or the location of a trailer (Job Trailer), standard address and up to three Email Addresses and three Phone numbers.
