Remote Help
Two of the tools used by InfoPathways are Log Me In Rescue and GoToMeeting. These solutions allow us to view your desktop, share control of your mouse and keyboard, and to work collaboratively to resolve your issues from wherever we are. It saves us time on the road, and often it allows us to help you much faster because you don't have to wait for us to get to your office. We connect, look at your issue, resolve it, and disconnect. These tools allow us to provide more support, spend less time on the road, and ultimately, to keep our rates lower.
What is LogMeIn Rescue?
LogMeIn Rescue is used by InfoPathways to provide instant remote support to our customers. InfoPathways uses LogMeIn Rescue to gain control of a remote PC, Mac, or Windows Smartphone over the internet in seconds, without the need to pre-install software. LogMeIn Rescue provides a one-on-one session for remote help.

Having Computer Problems?
Restarting the computer gives you a clean starting point and isolates memory related issues from true functional problems. Before you call us for help, follow these simple steps:
- Save your work
- Close all programs
- Restart your computer
- Log back on
- Try the task again
In some instances, difficultly with your computer can be solved with Remote Help (above). Through this feature, our IT-Support Staff can connect to your computer and help you solve your problems.
