Meet InfoPathways' Clients...
"Thanks for all that you do and the advice and help you've given me throughout the past year. It's a good feeling to know that I can truly count on you guys at InfoPathways: a rare commodity, indeed, these days!"
Annette Williamson, (Former) IT Specialist

"The Tree of Friends Foundation (ToFF) talked with several vendors regarding the redesign of our website before contracting with InfoPathways. Kelly Heck (InfoPathways) was undoubtedly the most personable and helpful, even on that early phone consultation. Before we ever met or even had a signed contract, Kelly was giving us guidance on what to ask and consider during the selection process. We felt like we had a great game plan just from that consult.
Since the members of ToFF are all volunteers, our website build required a day out of the office for those involved. The Website Development Day (a single day where we walked in with a plan and walked out with a beautiful new website) was the perfect option for us. Kelly not only helped us create a very professional website, perfectly meeting our needs, but also provided solid recommendations throughout the build to further enhance our site.
The entire day could have been draining and exhausting, but Kelly made it fun and we left rejuvenated with a renewed sense of purpose. She really got to know our organization which is reflected in our new site. She also ensured that we had all of the tools to maintain our new site and reiterated that she’s only a phone call or email away.
ToFF couldn’t be happier with our new site. Thank you InfoPathways, specifically Kelly Heck, for making our vision a reality!
Kristi Yowell, ToFF Marketing Director
Tree of Friends Foundation, Westminster MD
"Thom Bethune has been the 3rd IT person I’ve spoken with and the only one to give a straight answer. I’ll be recommending you whenever I get the chance."
Brian C. Lewis, President
BKZ Insurance Group, Inc., Westminster MD
"I have been attending InfoPathways courses for three years. No matter what the topic, I find them extremely helpful. The staff there has helped me with everything from social media to photography skills, which I use daily . The courses are a laidback atmosphere, and a great opportunity to meet business people from throughout Carroll County. Similar courses at a community college would cost your business $100 or more.
It’s a laidback environment. Refreshments are served. Everyone introduces themselves and then it’s time to learn.
When I discover an InfoPathways course is taking place that is relevant to my job, I make sure to attend. And my boss wants me to attend because I come back with more knowledge and expertise. Thank you to InfoPathways for helping me."
Brandon Oland, Web Experience Coordinator
Frederick County Public Schools, Frederick MD
"Central Maryland Rehabilitation Services contracted with InfoPathways to help host and design our website but gained a lot more than a professionally designed website! Kelly Heck listened to our concerns and learned about our product and the image we needed to display on our site. She was very personable and made it comfortable for a non tech savvy individual to learn and understand what needed to be done to have a successful website. During the development stages Kelly could have easily said, “Just email-me”, but she was always available and willing to meet with me when I needed extra guidance. I really appreciated that time and felt like a valued customer.
Another way Kelly personally helped us create a professional website design was through her magnificent photography. She traveled and set up her studio in our site making it convenient for our busy staff to be photographed. She was a professional photography through and through paying meticulous detail to each and every portrait! We continue to have many compliments on our staff portraits and are proud to refer them to Kelly Heck!
I enjoy working with InfoPathways, a company that pursues ways to help their customers with valuable information and tactics to be successful in the technology world. I have attended any am currently enrolled to attend upcoming seminars such as social networking and other topics that will keep me up to date with the latest social networking and marketing tactics!
Thank you InfoPathways and especially Kelly Heck for your guidance, professionalism, continued support and your friendship! You made technology work for us!"
Renee Sherman, Business Development Director
Central Maryland Rehabilitation Services, Westminster MD
“I don’t know what we would do without InfoPathways. Our non-profit organization relies on their expertise to make technology recommendations that are over our heads. They have also been successful in getting our network to work for us, not against us. The team at InfoPathways has taken the time to learn about our organization – the work we do, our mission and our goals and really help us use technology in the most effective ways. As a side note, but not any less important than their expertise, Thom and Doug are good, honest, local people who care, not only about their customers, but their community – and that is a big deal.”

“Without exception, the entire staff of Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services, Inc. has been and continues to be truly impressed with InfoPathways. We felt confident putting both systems completely in the hands of the InfoPathways team of professionals.Great patience and cooperation was afforded us during the planning stages and implementation was completed with next to no disruption to our business. Throughout every step of the way, the staff of InfoPathways extended nothing but the highest degree of professionalism as well as sincerity and helpful attitudes. "Over the last 10 years, St. John School and Parish have not only doubled in size, but we now have a new church, larger office staff, book store, and portico building. Where once our campus's technology ran on the support of volunteers, it became evident that with more students, staff, and campus facilities to service, we needed comprehensive, reliable and reasonably priced IT services. Unsatisfactorily we tried various arrangements with IT companies; however, upon receiving a grant to revamp our school's technology we became acquainted with Thom Bethune and InfoPathways. Thom was instrumental in the purchase, installation, and maintenance of our new equipment and network and helped in providing us with a cost-effective means to accomplish the completion of a state of the art computer lab on a limited budget. Not only did Thom and his partner Doug Heck use our own students to install and prepare our new lab, they made the experience one of learning and pride. InfoPathways is prompt and responsive in providing us with ongoing support and always looking for new and improved ways to make our hardware work for us and our students. Their creativity, offers of continuing training, and way of looking out for us and our school's future has made them an irreplaceable part of our day to day operations!"
St. John School, Westminster MD

"InfoPathways, led by Thom Bethune and Doug Heck, has been our 'go to' tech guys ever since the Community Foundation of Carroll County, Inc. first moved into the new Carroll Nonprofit Center in Westminster, MD two years ago. As members of the Carroll Technology Council, they helped over 20 nonprofit organizations move, technologically speaking, into our new home. Many of us, my organization included, were very unsophisticated in the phones, computers, printers, and all of the ancillary equipment we had or were about to acquire. Without InfoPathways expertise, I know to a certainty that we would have made blunders in purchasing, installing, and using the new technology at our fingertips. Thom and Doug and their staff were patient in their explanations, in English, not techno speak, and gave demonstrations on how to use and care for our equipment. They have redesigned our beautiful web site at www.carrollcommunityfoundation.org, making it more user friendly and something we can maintain, for the most part, in house, saving us a great deal of money. They are also attentive and responsive to customer needs.”
Audrey S. Cimino, Executive Director
Community Foundation of Carroll County, Westminster MD
“I think InfoPathways did a terrific job of listening to us, working with us, and then helping us develop a product/system that fit our needs; rather than rubber stamping some cookie cutter approach on to us. InfoPathways earned very high marks for their one-on-one communication, respect for their clients multiple needs, and working to make the solution fit the budget."
Marion Ware, Executive Director
Community Media Center, Westminster MD
"Kelly made the whole process of going from my camera's automatic settings to manual settings easier than I thought possible. She explained ISO, aperture, lighting, and importance of pleasing proportions in my composition. Kelly also showed me how to edit my photos to bring out the best in them. I feel so grown up now and my photos look amazing! Thanks so much!"

She did a fantastic job, stayed within work timeframes and always responded to emails, calls, and questions quickly. We began working with Kelly through InfoPathways in late 2009. The website was launched in January 2010. We continue to get many compliments about the design and ease of use of our website. We also hired Kelly to take photographs at a recent fundraising event. "Douglas Heck has served in various positions within the Taneytown Chamber of Commerce (President, Vice President, Second Vice President, Director and Past President). I have had the privilege to work with him during my career with the Taneytown Chamber. He tirelessly works to support the chamber, the Taneytown History Museum which he chairs, and the community. Early on he developed and maintained our website. Recently he was hired and completed and update of our site, www.taneytownchamber.org. The best part is that now I am able to update it on my own which is reducing costs and allowing our website to be flexible and user friendly. He does superior work for area businesses and the chamber. I highly recommend him for your computer, database and website needs."
Donna Sako, (Former) Executive Director

"I manage the Carroll County Public Schools Education Foundation... a small but growing entity with very limited resources. In order to publicize the work we do and an upcoming fundraising event, we met with Doug and Thom at InfoPathways to see if they had any ideas on how to improve our current lack-luster website. Imagine my surprise when Doug called me a few weeks later to ask me how we liked the look of our completely re-designed website! (It looks fantastic, by the way!)"
Andie Luchini, Manager

"InfoPathways is a growing IT company that contributes a lot to the Carroll County community and beyond. They can help any business with their technology challenges."
Yahoo Review - Mr. Sticks - December 16, 2010
"My office manager called InfoPathways last month when the previous IT company we were using was taking longer and longer to respond to our calls. InfoPathways sent someone out the same day who fixed our problems so quickly that we had them come back and overhaul our entire network. Now our entire network is lightening fast and hasn't gone down once. To top it off, InfoPathways reduced our spam by about 80%. If your office has computer problems, call InfoPathways, they do a great job."
